The FORTH innovation method connects day-to-day business reality with outside the box creativity. An important asset of the method is that it creates internal support for innovative new products and services. 

FORTH® is an acronym and stands for the phases:
1. Full steam ahead - deciding on strategic direction and opportunity areas
2. Observe and Learn - (re-)discover the market and detect relevant customer insights in the opportunity areas 
3. Raise ideas - brainstorm on product & service ideas and develop relevant & unique concepts
4. Test ideas  - get feedback from the customers

5. Homecoming - develop mini-new-business cases for the winning concepts and proudly present these to senior management for approval.
